If your site or administrative area within your software is showing a "License Invalid" message, this usually means the Software License has been entered incorrectly. Please ensure the full key is entered. This includes the prefix eg. "Monthly-", "Free-", "Trial-", "Owned-", and "Dev-".
- The domain that is being used to access your installation has changed
- The IP address of your install is located on has changed
- The directory your install is using has changed
Following any changes to the location of your software installation, the license must be updated accordingly. Please refer to this article for instructions on doing so.
