What are the License Limits in my License? Print

Our software is designed with specific budgets in mind, even ranging from a free version up to many cases even an "Enterprise" version. While each software is different, you may see limits imposed for the following:

  • Users
  • Administrators
  • Pages (CMS)
  • Navigation Items (CMS)
  • etc

Some versions may offer "Unlimited" items, which will come at a higher cost. If you have the License Auto Upgrade option turned on, when you reach the limit for the specified item, it will automatically upgrade your license to the next tier and send you an invoice. If you fail to pay the invoice, your License will be suspended. For information on turning the Auto Upgrade feature ON or OFF, please refer to this article.

With the software we design, you will see a banner message appear in the administration portal (either on every page or certain pages), that you are at a certain threshold of your licensed limit. This could be at 50%, 90%, and then at your limit. Please pay attention to your License details for limits. You'll also see the limits on our pricing tables. If we change our software tiers to include different limits, we will send an email out to users of the pertaining software that limits are adjusted accordingly for.
